Jamie Ross was killed in Cumbernauld on Monday

The victim of an alleged stabbing to a mall at Cumbernauld was named James ‘Chucky’ Ross.

The 27-year-old was named locally after the fatal incident in Abron Hill Shopping Center Monday afternoon.

Emergency services were called to Larch Court in the town at 4.40pm to report an injured man.

James could not be saved and died shortly afterwards at a property in the street.

A 15-year-old boy has been arrested in connection with the incident and investigations are still ongoing.

Devrie Brynn left over 4.5 million the viewers in stitches as she tackled the famous hill on a trip to Scotland.

Slightly red in the face from the struggle, the American tourist joked that locals asked her if she was okay trying to reach the top.

She joked that she was asked by worried Scots if she was okay while struggling to rise to the top.

Mocking the accent, Devrie explains that hiking in Edinburgh is definitely not for her.

Prince Andrew and Virginia Giuffre reach settlement over US civil claim

the The Duke of York and his accuser Virginia Giuffre reached an amicable settlement civil sex claim filed in the United States.

In a letter submitted to the United States District Court on Tuesday, Ms Giuffre’s attorney, David Boies, wrote jointly with Andrew’s lawyers to say the parties had “reached an agreement in principle”.

Court documents show the Duke will make a ‘substantial donation to Ms Giuffre’s charity in support of victims’ rights.

Four members of a serious organized The criminal group was jailed for a total of 22 years on Tuesday after police seized a shipment of high-purity cocaine worth up to £10million off the streets during a raid on the premises of a cooking business.

James Davidson, David Mullarkey, Ellis Hardy and Wayne Smith were caught with Class A drugs during the raid by detectives in the industrial estate of Hillingdon in Renfrewshire.

The drugs were smuggled in a heavy-duty truck believed to be carrying Belgian waffles and were to be transferred to a modified van for transport when they were intercepted .
